COST:
All programmes include airport transfers. See
individual programmes for what is included in the price. All
meals supplied by the organisers includes wine. Painting
and Cooking tuition as well as excursions are included in the
price. Please note that flights, any refreshments taken outside
of meal times, personal travel insurance and art materials are not
included in the price of the holiday. We offer experienced
teaching by successful artists in drawing and painting (all media).
Tuition is tailored to all levels of experience. The airport
from which collection is made is indicated on the programme.
If you prefer to make other travel arrangements please let us know
and we will give you directions to the hotel.
Terms/Conditions
A deposit of 30 % is payable at the time
of booking. The full balance is due eight weeks before departure.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the booked holiday in
the event of insufficient interest in a particular week. In this
event we will give minimum three months notice and alternative dates
will be suggested or a full refund will be given. The organisers
bear no liability for cancellation of booked holiday in the event
of any unforseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes,
acts of war, etc. Clients would be able to get compensation from
their own insurance company. The organisers reserve the right
to change a programme in the interests of the holiday.
A 15% administration fee will be charged if the
holiday is cancelled by the client prior to 8 weeks before the commencement
of the holiday. There will be no refund of the 30% deposit if the
holiday is cancelled by the client within 8 weeks of the commencement
of the holiday.

Non-painting partners
Non-painting partners are very welcome, and receive
a discount of 10%. Partners are welcome to join in all the excursions,
wine tasting, restaurants, etc. Other activities can be organised
such as golf, walking and horse riding depending on the facilities
of the hotel.
Guests combining a week in one destination with a second
week in another destination or returning later in the year receive
a 10% discount on the second week.
Cooking holidays
We also organise cooking tuition on some
of our programmes. Partners/friends paint and cook separately
in the morning, then come together after lunch for the excursions
and evening meals.
