Fattoria Lavacchio is a family owned typical Tuscan farm of 110 hectares located on the top of the Montefiesole hill at 450 above sea level just 12 miles from Florence. The farm, built in 1700 by the noble Florentine Peruzzi family was purchased in 1840 by the Marchesi Strozzi Sacrati and then again in 1978 by the present owners.

Villa Laura, Cortona, Tuscany

This is a luxury Villa in Cortona.  The Villa was used in the film "Under the Tuscan Sun" and was renovated to a very high standard in 2010.  The Villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and there is also a small lake.  The facilities in the Villa includes a travertine lined swimming pool, an outside jacuzzi, a games room, a private chapel and many comfortable places in which to relax.  The Villa comes with a private chef and staff.

Hotel Palazzo Bocci - 4 star

Hotel Palazzo Bocci is situated in the centre of the historical centre of Spello.  The hotel offers classical comfort but modern facilities.  All rooms are sound-proofed and en-suite with shower or bath, mini bar, colour TV, telephone and air conditioning.  There are a couple of beautiful sitting areas decorated with trompe l'oeil.  There is an quiet inner garden to sit out in with beautiful views over the valley.  The Hotel Palazzo Bocci was the family home of the descendents of Pier Leone who was a mercenary leader during the 1400's.  The original building dates back to the 1300's.

Hotel Augustus Atlanta, Venice - 3 stars

Hotel Atlanta Augustus is a water taxi ride from the centre of Venice.  It is housed in an Art Nouveau villa dating from the 1920s that was fully renovated in 2008, and overlooks one of the few inner canals existing on the Lido of Venice (the island facing St. Mark's square). The building is embellished by original friezes and decorations making the hotel quite unique.
